If you have already had your energy work session, you can use these journaling tools to help you integrate the information and energy to deepen the effects and build your own intuitive powers to help yourself.

Spending some time thinking or writing about the information that came out of your session will help your mind and body integrate it more. If you had an Energy Balancing session, working more with the information helps your body take up more of the energy and use it more effectively. Because you have free will, the energy can only make changes in your system if you allow it. It's not about believing everything, it's more about taking a moment to think about it and see how it might apply to you. Spending time with the information will serve as energetic permission to allow your system to take in the energy on a deeper level, and will open up more opportunities for your own intuition and insights about what you might need.

Certified Medical Intuitive Practitioner.

Medical Intuition is a system of expanded perception gained through the development of the human sense of intuition.
A Medical Intuitive Assessment is a process that evaluates your physical and energetic body to identify possible health issues and related energetic imbalances, as well as gain insight about what you might do to help your body rebalance them.

What does this involve?
The program runs from September 2025 to February 2026, and in order to build my skills I need clients to practice with.
As the program continues, the process we use to assess the physical body evolves and changes.

Right now, the Medical Intuitive Assessment involves the following:
Full body scan
You choose one body area for me to look into, from the body scan or anything else
Detailed evaluation of the body system within which this issue exists, as well as related body systems
Evaluation of potential underlying causes for this issue
Recommendations for helping the issue resolve

This kind of assessment will not change your body or your energy in any way and is not considered a form of healing.
It is also not meant to replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment of any kind.
The benefit of this work is to help raise your awareness about the details surrounding any health issues, as well as discover connections and underlying causes that you may not have understood before. Any other healing treatment you do after this assessment has the potential to be more effective, because your greater awareness of and presence with the specific issues in your system gives a deeper level of energetic permission to release them.
How will this work?
We will meet online - either on Whatsapp voice call or Google Meet - at a booked time.
You may take your own notes during the session.
This process will likely take 45-60 minutes.
There will be a short feedback session but no long discussions so that you are free to process the information in your own time.
These sessions are for free.
How will the information be used?
I will record myself speaking and transcribe the audio recording into a case report as part of my course,
that will be reviewed by my teachers. Beyond that, your information remains confidential.
I will not share the audio recording or case report with you - you are free to take your own notes during the session.
A practice client agreement that you sign before the time gives you more information about this.
